Material Selection

High-quality materials like 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy are chosen and prepared through smelting and refining. Molds are designed based on the wheel’s specifications to ensure accurate shaping. Forging and Heat Treatment

The prepared aluminum alloy is heated and forged using a high-pressure forging press, typically with a pressure range of 8,000 to 15,000 tons.
