🔧 Section 1: Product & Manufacturing
Forged wheels are made from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billets compressed under thousands of tons of pressure.
This creates a stronger and lighter structure compared to cast or flow-formed wheels.
FLEXIFORGED uses aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, as well as forged magnesium and carbon + forged hybrid materials for special projects.
Monoblock: single-piece, lightest and strongest.
2-Piece: separate center and barrel, adjustable offset.
3-Piece: modular center + lip + barrel, flexible for deep-dish styles.
Designed for off-road and racing, they lock the tire bead to the rim to prevent slippage under low tire pressure.
The forging process and CNC precision machining cost more, but deliver exceptional performance, durability, and customization options.

Yes – we use OEM fitment databases and confirm brake clearance before CNC machining.
Yes, with full export documentation to North America, Europe, Australia, Middle East and South Africa.
Yes, we can mix finishes if they share the same base model and specifications.

ISO 9001 certified, EN 10204 (3.1) material certification, impact & fatigue tests for every batch.
Structure: Lifetime warranty
Finish: 1 year
Misuse, accidents, or poor installation not covered.
Yes – forged aluminum’s dense structure allows professional refinishing or repair.
Use pH-neutral cleaners and soft cloths; avoid acidic chemicals and high-pressure washing on finishes.
Yes, material and balance test reports available upon request.
💰 Section 4: Ordering & Payment
Bank T/T, L/C (for bulk), PayPal (for sample). All with commercial invoices.
Typically 1 set (4 pcs) per spec; sample orders accepted for new clients.
Standard 20-35 days after deposit; rush orders available.
Double carton + foam + pallet; labeled with order number for easy customs clearance.
Custom products are made-to-order and non-refundable once machining begins. If factory fault occurs, replacement or credit is issued.

Yes – finishes and lips are modular; repainting doesn’t affect structural strength.
