Problem – Many buyers don’t know where to start
When it comes to ordering custom forged wheels, one of the most common questions I get is:
“What sizes are available?”
It’s a good question — because size affects not only the vehicle’s look, but also its handling, safety, and overall performance.
But the truth is, there’s no single-size-fits-all answer. Custom forged wheels are fully made-to-order, and understanding available sizes means knowing what specs really matter — like diameter, width, offset (ET), PCD, and center bore.
Let me walk you through it, simply and professionally.
Agitation – Choosing the wrong size can cause serious problems
Incorrect sizing doesn’t just make the vehicle look awkward — it can cause vibration, interfere with suspension, or even fail during high-speed use.
Many clients have told me horror stories where they bought “custom” wheels, only to find:
- The wheels hit the brake calipers
- Tires rubbed against the fenders
- The vehicle failed inspection due to incorrect fitment
That’s why understanding sizing before production is critical.
Solution – Here’s what size options are actually available
As a forged wheel manufacturer, I can offer highly flexible sizing. Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Diameter (Wheel Height)
- Common Range: 15″ to 24″
- Extended Sizes: up to 26″ for SUV, pickup, off-road, or luxury tuning
- Smaller diameters (15–18″) are used for light vehicles or motorsports.
- Larger diameters (20–24″) are ideal for performance sedans, SUVs, and luxury builds.
✅ Width (Wheel Thickness)
- Common Range: 6.0J to 13.0J
- Track cars or widebody builds may require up to 15.0J
The wider the wheel, the better grip and visual stance — but tire compatibility must also be checked.
✅ Offset (ET)
- Range: From -100mm (deep concave) to +100mm (flush or poke)
- Offset affects how far the wheel sits in or out from the fender
- I recommend measuring with your current setup or contacting your installer for ideal fitment
✅ PCD (Bolt Pattern)
- Custom options: From 4-lug to 8-lug, all PCDs can be made, including:
- 5×114.3, 5×112, 6×139.7, 5×120, 8×165.1, etc.
- Forged wheels can be drilled precisely to match OEM or aftermarket hubs
✅ Center Bore (CB)
- Custom-machined to match your car hub perfectly
- Hub-centric wheels reduce vibration and improve stability
Bonus: Staggered & Square Fitment Available
We also support:
- Staggered setup: wider rear wheels (e.g., 20×9 front / 20×11 rear)
- Square setup: same size front & rear for rotatable tires
