BMW forged wheels — FAQ
Do you build staggered fitments for BMW?
Yes — staggered front-and-rear is standard for most M and performance BMWs, and there is no extra charge for different front and rear sizes in one order. Each corner is machined to its own drawing, so a wider rear is simply part of the spec.
Will the wheels clear M-compound and big brake kits?
Brake clearance is engineered into the drawing before production, using your caliper and rotor dimensions. If you run M-compound or an aftermarket BBK, include it in the spec and it is designed around — not discovered after.
Do you have PCD and offset data for my BMW?
We don't publish fitment numbers, because guessing them is how wheels end up wrong. You send or measure your PCD, ET and centre bore — the fitment guide shows how — and we confirm every figure on the drawing before cutting.
Can you match staggered sizing for an older E-chassis BMW?
Yes — E-chassis, F-chassis or G-chassis, the process is identical: your generation's real numbers, confirmed on a drawing. Older or discontinued fitments are exactly where custom forging earns its place.
What's the minimum order for a BMW set?
4 pcs — one set — with mixed front and rear sizes accepted. Samples run 10–15 working days, production 20–30 after you approve the drawing.
