Why do forged wheels matter more on a Tesla?
Because unsprung and rotating mass affect an EV's ride and range directly. A lighter forged wheel reduces both, which is why weight-conscious Tesla owners move away from heavy cast wheels. Actual weight is stated per wheel on the drawing.
Are your wheels rated for Tesla battery weight?
Yes — load rating is engineered onto the drawing for the model's actual mass, including heavy Model X and Cybertruck builds, and engraved on the wheel.
Do you publish Tesla fitment numbers?
No — guessing PCD, offset or centre bore causes mistakes. You provide or measure them (the fitment guide helps) and every figure is confirmed on the drawing.
Can you build a staggered setup for the Model S Plaid?
Yes — staggered fitments are standard orders, machined to each corner's own drawing, with no surcharge for different front and rear sizes.
Minimum order and lead time?
4 pcs, mixed sizes accepted. Samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 after drawing approval.
