Custom Forged Wheels for Porsche

FLEXIFORGED builds forged wheels for Porsche to that standard: your model's real numbers on a drawing approved before cutting, in 6061-T6 or AZ80 magnesium. From 4 pcs.

Popular Porsche models we build for
These are directions, not a catalog — every set is machined to your car's own drawing. We don't print fitment numbers on this page, because guessing a PCD or offset is how wheels end up wrong:
911 Carrera / Turbo / GT3
991 · 992
718 Cayman / Boxster
Panamera
Cayenne
Macan
Taycan
EV — weight makes forged worth it
Every model above is quoted per generation. PCD, ET, centre bore and load rating are confirmed on your engineering drawing before anything is cut — never assumed from a chart. Not sure of your numbers? The fitment guide shows how to measure them in about 30 minutes. Don't see your exact model? We almost certainly build it — send the spec.
Magnesium option for the weight-obsessed. For Porsche track and collector builds where the last kilogram is the whole point, we also build in AZ80 forged magnesium — around 1.80 g/cm³ against aluminium's 2.70, always shipped coated. See forged magnesium wheels.
Porsche owners, in their own words
A US customer approved 3D renderings of a gloss-black monoblock set for a 911 Carrera, then confirmed the design for production. You can read the originals — real screenshots, no invented reviews — on the testimonials page.
Which construction for your Porsche?
Any range in the catalog can be built to a Porsche fitment. The common starting points:
Monoblock
The 911 answer — lightest, stiffest, most honest.
2-Piece
Staggered Porsche fitments with a flexible centre platform.
Magnesium (AZ80)
For GT and track builds chasing the last kilogram.
Full range and how to choose: all forged wheels · replacement lips & barrels · spacers & adapters engineered on the same drawing.

Porsche forged wheels — FAQ
Do you build for the 911's staggered and centre-lock fitments?
Yes — 911 staggered setups are standard orders. For centre-lock cars, include that in the spec so the hub interface is engineered correctly on the drawing before production.
Do you build magnesium wheels for Porsche?
Yes — AZ80 forged magnesium is offered for Porsche GT and track builds where weight is the priority, around 1.80 g/cm³ versus aluminium's 2.70, always shipped coated. Aluminium 6061-T6 remains the standard for road cars.
Will they clear PCCB ceramic brakes?
Yes, when the caliper and rotor dimensions are in your spec. Porsche ceramic packages are engineered into the drawing's clearance before cutting.
Do you publish Porsche fitment numbers?
No — guessing PCD, offset or centre bore is how wheels go wrong on a Porsche especially. You provide or measure them and every figure is confirmed on the drawing.
Minimum order and lead time?
4 pcs, mixed sizes accepted. Samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 after drawing approval; magnesium and special finishes add time, quoted upfront.
Your Porsche deserves a drawing, not a guess.
