Forged Monoblock Wheels: One Piece of Metal
Forged monoblock wheels are machined entirely from a single forged 6061-T6 blank — lip, face and barrel as one continuous piece, no assembly bolts, no seams, nothing to work loose. It is the lightest and stiffest forged construction, and the simplest to live with. We machine yours to your numbers: 15–26" diameter, offset engineered per vehicle, centre bore cut to your hub, from 4 pcs, with a drawing you approve before anything is cut.

What is a forged monoblock wheel?
A monoblock (also written mono-block or 1-piece) is a wheel where the entire structure — outer lip, spoke face, inner barrel — is machined from one forged blank. The forged grain structure runs unbroken through the whole wheel, and there is no joint anywhere for load to find.
Lightest
No assembly bolts, no flanges to bolt through, no sealant — every gram in the wheel is structure. On an EV or a track car, that is unsprung mass you feel.
Stiffest
Joints flex; continuous metal doesn't. The one-piece construction is the stiffest of the forged family — which is why it is the default for performance builds.
Simplest to own
Nothing to re-torque, no seals to age, no hardware to inspect. You clean it and drive. The maintenance schedule is the finish's, not the structure's — see finishes.

The honest trade-offs of a monoblock
No construction is best at everything, and a page that pretends otherwise is selling you an adjective. Two things the one-piece design gives up:
The width is machined in, forever. A 3-piece wheel can be rebuilt wider for the next car by swapping the barrel; a monoblock's width was decided the day it was cut. If your builds change cars often, look at 3-piece — the centres survive the changes.
Kerb damage means rework, not a part swap. There is no replaceable lip on a monoblock. We accept refinishing — what's possible depends on the finish's layer type — but a badly kerbed one-piece lip is a repair job, not a spare part. City parallel-parkers, consider your habits before your construction.
What both trade-offs buy you: the lightest, stiffest wheel on this site, with the shortest list of things that can ever go wrong on it. That is the deal, stated plainly — and for most performance and daily builds, it is the right one.
From your numbers to your wheels
Send size, PCD, ET, CB, quantity and finish — the fitment guide shows how to measure each in about 30 minutes. You get pricing and a drawing showing size, offset, centre bore and load rating; nothing is cut until you approve it. Then the blank — bought from a specialist forging house and inspected before cutting — is machined at our group's plant, inspected a second time by us, 100% runout tested, serial-engraved and shipped worldwide. Mixed sizes in one order welcome; staggered sets can't get scrambled because every wheel carries its own spec in the metal.
Forged monoblock wheels FAQ
What is a forged monoblock wheel?
A wheel machined entirely from a single forged aluminium blank — lip, face and barrel as one continuous piece, no assembly bolts, no seams. The forged grain runs unbroken through the wheel, making the monoblock the lightest and stiffest forged construction. Ours are machined from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade blanks, removing more than 70% of the material.
Monoblock, 2-piece or 3-piece — which should I choose?
Monoblock for minimum weight, maximum stiffness and the simplest ownership. 2-piece for a forged centre with more rim flexibility. 3-piece for deep bolted lips and replaceable parts. All three go through the same drawing-approval process here.
Are monoblocks the strongest forged wheels?
They are the stiffest — continuous metal has no joints to flex or work loose. Strength itself is engineered per wheel: each monoblock is designed to a load rating for your vehicle, typically ~690–955 kg for passenger and performance cars, higher for off-road, marked on the approved drawing and engraved on the wheel.
Can a monoblock be repaired or refinished?
Refinished, yes — depending on the current layer type, explained on finishes. Repaired, honestly: there is no replaceable lip, so kerb damage means rework rather than a part swap. Buyers who kerb wheels often should consider 3-piece.
What sizes and options are available?
15–26" diameter, 5–16" width across the range, offset engineered per vehicle, centre bore machined to your hub — no spigot rings. Finishes: powder coat, brushed, polished (ships bare, no clear coat), PVD chrome, two-tone; plus engraving, custom caps and mixed sizes in one order.
What's the MOQ and lead time?
4 pcs — one set, mixed sizes accepted. Samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 after drawing approval; +5 for brushed, polished or two-tone; +15 for PVD chrome. Worldwide on EXW, FOB or CIF under HS 8708.70.
One blank. One wheel. Your numbers.
Send size, PCD, ET, CB, quantity and finish. Pricing and a drawing come back; nothing is cut until you approve it; and the wheel that arrives is one continuous piece of 6061-T6 with your spec engraved in it. From 4 pcs, worldwide.
