The private-label questions nobody asks out loud
Every brand builder we talk to is really asking three quiet questions behind the polite ones. We would rather answer them in public:
"Will they show up in my market?"
No. Your customers see your logo on the wheel and your caps in the box. The paperwork between us is B2B — your end customer never reads it. Invisibility to your market is the product we sell on this page.
"Will my designs leak?"
An NDA is signed before design work begins — send it with your first message if you like. And every revision lives in the drawing-approval loop, so what was agreed, and when, is always on paper between two parties.
"Whose reputation is on the wheel?"
Yours — which is exactly why our QC exists in its current form. Once your logo is engraved, every defect would wear your name. Our 100% runout test protects your reputation, not our marketing.

What we deliberately don't promise: anything not on this table. If you need something you don't see — specific packaging, market exclusivity, a program we haven't built — ask, and you will get a straight yes, no, or price, rather than a brochure adjective.
Your brand colour, batch after batch
For a wheel brand, colour is identity — and colour consistency is the part most suppliers quietly hope you won't test. Here is our honest version:
We match from RAL, Pantone, an OEM paint code, or a physical sample you send. Colours from the standard swatch and common range repeat reliably, batch after batch. Custom-mixed colours outside that range are mixed per batch — and can show visible deviation between batches.
So for a signature brand colour, do what the pros do: lock it with a 4 pcs sample set first (10–15 working days), keep one wheel as your reference master, and every future batch gets checked against it. Two-tone — your colour on the face, contrast on the lip or barrel — is the classic private-label identity play, at +5 working days.
How does a private label program start?

NDA & brief
Sign the NDA — before you show us anything, if you prefer. Then the brief: your designs or design direction, target vehicles, sizes, finishes, launch quantity.

Drawing & branding approval
You get pricing plus a drawing per wheel — size, ET, CB, load rating — and the branding plan: engraving placement, cap artwork. Nothing is cut until you approve both. Changes here are free; changes after are metal.

Sample set — 4 pcs
Your brand's first physical product, in 10–15 working days, through the same two inspections and 100% runout testing as production. This set is your colour master, your photo asset, and your proof.

Production & the record
20–30 working days after approval (+5 complex finishes, +15 PVD chrome). Every part inspected twice, every wheel serial-engraved and tied to its QC record — photos or video of your wheels on request. The system: quality control.

Export, invisibly
EXW, FOB or CIF worldwide under HS code 8708.70, commercial invoice and packing list — B2B paperwork between us and you. What your customer unboxes carries one name: yours.
Know the chain your name is riding on
You are about to put your brand on our supply chain — so you deserve the honest map of it, not a stock photo of a press. We design, specify, assemble, inspect twice and export in-house. Machining happens at a plant inside our group — 60+ CNC, 3–5 axis, ISO and IATF 16949. Forged blanks, lips and barrels are bought from specialists and inspected before use. Nobody in this industry makes every part under one roof, and a supplier who claims to is telling you something about how they'll handle your warranty claims too.

Approve before we cut
Drawing and branding signed off on paper. The most expensive private-label mistake — the wrong spec under your logo — dies in step 2, free.
Audit the record
QC record per wheel, serial engraved, photos or video on request, TÜV per order, IATF 16949 certificate copies on request.
Come and look
Factory visits by advance appointment — the plant sits outside the city centre, so the trip needs arranging ahead — or a live video inspection if flying in is too much for a first order.
