Forged Wheel Dealer Supply: Sell First, Order After
A forged wheel dealer program built around one number: MOQ 4 pcs. Your customer commits, then you order — one set, mixed sizes, made to their spec in 20–30 working days — so the wheels in this photo sit in our supply chain, not in your storeroom eating capital. Add repair lips and barrels, refinishing for aged stock, and a serial-tracked QC record that settles disputes for you, and the program is exactly what it says: supply, without the inventory bet.
- Designed & inspected in-house
- 60+ CNC at our group's plant
- ISO & IATF 16949 certified plant
- MOQ from 4 pcs
- Worldwide export
The three risks every wheel dealer carries
Selling wheels is a good business with three bad exposures. The program exists to move each one off your books:
Capital in stock
Container-MOQ suppliers turn you into a warehouse. At 4 pcs, every order you place is already sold — your cash sits in your business, not on your shelves guessing next season's sizes.
Promises to your customer
You quote a date, your reputation rides on it. Our production clock is fixed and publishable — 20–30 working days after drawing approval, finish adders stated up front — so the date you promise is built on numbers, not hope.
The dispute you inherit
When an end customer questions a wheel, the dealer stands in the middle. Every wheel we ship is serial-engraved and tied to a QC record — so you argue from the engraving and the record, not from memory. And if it's genuinely wrong, that's ours to answer for.
What the dealer program actually is
Honesty first: this program is an operating relationship, not a rate card. You will find no discount ladder, no territory map and no membership tier on this page — because none of that is what makes a wheel dealer money. What does is below, and all of it exists today.
Presold ordering
4 pcs per order, mixed sizes, widths and offsets in one order. A staggered set for one client and a square set for another can share a shipment.
The repair parts line
Replacement lips and barrels for 3-piece wheels — ours and other makers' — made to measurements. A revenue line your local competitors mostly can't offer.
Refinishing for aged stock
Wheels that sat too long in a colour that didn't sell can come back in one that will — what's possible depends on the current layer type, explained honestly on finishes.
One line to the source
You deal with the people who quote, build and inspect — no trading layer, no ticket queue. Chongqing is UTC+8: message in your European morning, answer before your lunch.
Become your market's consolidation point
Here is the freight arithmetic that quietly builds dealer businesses. International shipping, customs clearance and duties are charged per shipment, not per part — which is why we tell one-lip repair customers, in public, that a single part usually isn't worth shipping alone.
You are the answer to that problem. A dealer who bundles this month's orders — two custom sets, three repair lips, a pair of barrels — into one EXW or FOB shipment spreads the fixed costs across all of it. The end customer gets a repair that finally makes economic sense; you earn the margin for being the aggregation point; and the freight terms are built for it — your forwarder, your consolidation, our clean export paperwork under HS 8708.70.
That single-piece honesty note on our lips page effectively routes repair inquiries toward consolidating dealers. Be the dealer it routes to.
How a dealer order runs
-
Your customer commits
You take the deposit on your side — the wheels are sold before they exist. Collect the six values: size front & rear, PCD, ET, CB, finish.
-
Spec in, drawing out
We return pricing and a drawing per wheel. You forward it to your customer or approve it yourself — either way, nothing is cut until it's signed off. The drawing is also your protection: the spec dispute dies on paper, on our side of the ocean.
-
Build, inspect twice, engrave
20–30 working days after approval (+5 complex finishes, +15 PVD chrome). 100% runout under 0.01", serial + QC record per wheel — the system is on quality control.
-
Ship — alone or consolidated
EXW, FOB or CIF, worldwide. Bundle sets and repair parts into one shipment and let the freight maths work for you.
When your dealer business grows into a brand: the day you want your own name on the wheels instead of ours on the paperwork, the private label program starts at the same 4 pcs.
Dealer program FAQ
Is there a minimum annual volume?
The only minimum we publish is per order: 4 pcs, one set, mixed sizes accepted. No membership fee, no tier chart — the program is an operating relationship, not a rate card. Send your typical specs and volumes and the quote reflects them.
Do you offer dealer pricing?
Pricing is quoted per order, against spec, finish and quantity. We don't publish a discount ladder we'd then have to defend; a dealer with real recurring volume should send those numbers with the first inquiry and get a quote that reflects reality rather than a brochure.
Will you sell directly to my end customers?
We sell manufacturing, not retail: no consumer webshop, no retail brand marketed in your territory. An individual who finds us gets a manufacturer's process — drawing approval, working-day lead times, export paperwork — not a retail experience. Your value to that customer is local fitting, consolidation, language and service, none of which a plant in Chongqing can replicate.
Can I order repair lips and barrels for my customers' wheels?
Yes — and your freight economics beat any end customer's. Single parts are accepted, but freight on one part routinely costs more than the part; a dealer consolidating several repairs and sets into one shipment makes the maths work. Compatibility runs across BBS, Work, OZ and most multi-piece makers, made to measurements — details here.
How does traceability help me in a customer dispute?
Every wheel is engraved with its serial, size, ET, CB and max load, tied to a QC record with the 100% runout result — photos or video on request. You argue from the engraving and the record, not from memory; and if something is genuinely wrong, we answer for it.
How fast can I quote my customer a delivery date?
The production clock is publishable: samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 after drawing approval; +5 brushed/polished/two-tone; +15 PVD chrome; +5 peak season. Transit is quoted per route — see global shipping. Quote from those numbers plus your local safety margin.
Can I visit before committing my shop's reputation?
Yes — by advance appointment; the plant sits outside the city centre, so the trip needs arranging ahead. A live video inspection is the lighter alternative, and the 4 pcs sample set plus the QC record lets you verify quality before booking any flight.
Your storeroom stays empty. Your order book doesn't.
Send your typical specs and monthly volumes — or just your next presold set. You get pricing, a drawing, and a supply line that scales one sold set at a time. MOQ 4 pcs, worldwide, serial-tracked.
