“How should it be built?” — by construction

Monoblock

One billet, no joints — the lightest, stiffest way to make an aluminium wheel, and the fewest parts to ever worry about.

2-Piece

Centre and barrel made separately — one centre design serves many widths and offsets. The platform shops and brands build ranges on.

3-Piece

Centre, lip and barrel bolted together — kerb a lip, replace a lip. The construction you can service instead of replace.

“How should it look?” — by style

Concave

The dish is not ordered, it's earned — depth calculated from your width, offset and brake clearance, then cut from solid.

Deep Dish

Lip depth is a width-times-offset equation. We solve it per corner of your car and print the answer on the drawing.

“What must it survive?” — by duty

Off-Road & Beadlock

True mechanical beadlock or beadlock-style — declared honestly, specified for abuse, fixed on your drawing.

Gravel-spec 15" and 16" sizes the catalog world walked away from — small diameter, tall sidewall, built to be hit.

Magnesium

AZ80 at ~1.80 g/cm³ against aluminium's ~2.70 — the last-kilogram alloy, always shipped coated. 6061-T6 aluminium is the standard everywhere else.

Multi-piece wheel already in service? Replacement lips & barrels are supplied for ours and most other makers' wheels — and spacers & adapters are engineered on the same drawings as the wheels they sit behind.

Choosing between ranges — FAQ

How do I choose between monoblock, 2-piece and 3-piece?

By what you value most: monoblock for the lightest, stiffest, simplest wheel; 2-piece when one centre design must serve many fitments; 3-piece when serviceability and tunable lip depth matter. All three are machined from forged 6061-T6 blanks to an approved drawing.

Can I mix types and sizes in one order?

Yes — MOQ is 4 pcs and mixed sizes, widths and offsets are accepted in a single order. Staggered sets, or a monoblock set alongside a 3-piece set, are normal orders: every wheel is machined individually to its own drawing.

What sizes are covered?

Cars: 15–26" diameter, 5–16" width, ET engineered per vehicle and stated on the drawing, CB machined to your actual hub — no spigot rings. Motorcycles: engineered per model as front-and-rear pairs.

Which wheel is the lightest?

Construction for construction, monoblock — no fasteners or joints. Outright, AZ80 forged magnesium goes further at ~1.80 g/cm³ versus aluminium's ~2.70. Actual weight depends on size and design and is stated per wheel on the drawing.

Is every wheel custom made?

Yes — there's no warehouse of finished wheels. Every order starts as a spec, becomes a drawing, and is machined from a forged blank only after you approve it. The nine ranges are engineering directions, not stock catalogs.
