Forged Rally Wheels: Gravel-Spec, Built to Order
Forged rally wheels answer a problem the catalog world walked away from: gravel setups need small diameters, tall sidewalls and offsets that fit motorsport hubs — and 15–16" forged wheels have all but vanished from the shelf. Our envelope starts at exactly 15". Tell us the car and the discipline; we engineer the size, ET, CB and load rating, you approve the drawing, and every spare set after that is built to the same sheet. From 4 pcs, machined from forged 6061-T6.
- Designed & inspected in-house
- 60+ CNC at our group's plant
- ISO & IATF 16949 certified plant
- MOQ from 4 pcs

Why do rally wheels run small?
Because on a stage, the sidewall does jobs the suspension can't finish: it absorbs landings, shrugs rocks, and survives the rut that would fold a low-profile setup. At the same overall tire diameter, a smaller wheel buys a taller sidewall — so gravel setups run the smallest wheel the brake package allows:
The sizes catalogs dropped
The retail forged market chased 20"+ styling and abandoned the small end. We machine 15–26" to order from forged 6061-T6 — the gravel sizes are simply part of the envelope, not a special favour.
Fitment to motorsport hubs
ET engineered per car, centre bore machined to the hub with no spigot rings, any PCD — fixed on a drawing you approve before anything is cut. Measuring help: fitment guide.
Built as one piece
Rally builds here are typically monoblock — one continuous piece of metal, nothing to work loose over a season of landings. Trail and rock builds live on the off-road & beadlock page.
Spares that match the set they back up
Rally consumes wheels — that is the discipline's honest arithmetic — which makes the reorder as important as the first order. Here is how consistency works when the supplier is a manufacturer and not a catalog:
Your approved drawing stays on file. A reorder is built to the same sheet — same size, ET, CB, load rating — not re-quoted from someone's memory of last season. Every wheel is individually serial-engraved and tied to its QC record after 100% runout testing under 0.01", so any wheel in the pile traces back to its batch — the system is on quality control. And the 4 pcs MOQ with mixed sizes means spares top up per event, not per container.
The homologation honesty: we build wheels to your specification — homologation paperwork belongs to sanctioning bodies, not to a manufacturer's marketing page. If your championship requires homologated wheels, check your series regulations before ordering. For road-registered builds, third-party inspection such as TÜV is available per order. What every wheel carries regardless of series: 100% runout, ±0.05 mm key dimensions, and a serial cut into the metal.
Forged rally wheels FAQ
Why do rally cars run small wheel diameters?
At the same overall tire diameter, a smaller wheel leaves a taller sidewall — and on a stage, sidewall is suspension, puncture protection and landing absorption. Gravel setups run the smallest wheel the brake package allows; the same car might run 18" on tarmac and 15" on gravel.
Can you build 15" forged rally wheels?
Yes — our envelope starts at exactly 15", which matters because small-diameter forged wheels have nearly vanished from off-the-shelf catalogs. Diameter, width, ET and CB are machined to your spec from a forged 6061-T6 blank, fixed on a drawing you approve first.
Are your rally wheels FIA homologated?
We build to your specification; homologation paperwork belongs to sanctioning bodies. If your championship requires homologated wheels, check your series regulations before ordering. For road-registered builds, TÜV inspection is available per order — and every wheel, regardless of series, carries 100% runout testing, ±0.05 mm dimensions and an engraved serial with its QC record.
How do teams keep spare sets consistent?
The approved drawing stays on file — reorders are built to the same sheet, not re-quoted from memory. Each wheel is serial-engraved and traceable to its batch, and the 4 pcs MOQ with mixed sizes means spares top up per event rather than per container.
What load rating does a rally wheel carry?
Engineered for the car and the discipline — stated on the drawing you approve and engraved into the barrel with the serial, size, ET and CB. No universal rally number is published, because the honest figure depends on your build.
How long does an order take?
Samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 after drawing approval. Powder coat — including rally white and bronze — runs standard lead; brushed, polished and two-tone add about 5 working days. MOQ 4 pcs, mixed sizes, worldwide on EXW, FOB or CIF.
The car, the discipline, the brake package. We'll draw the rest.
Send the vehicle, sizes front & rear, PCD, ET, CB and finish — pricing and a drawing come back with the load rating your build needs, and every spare set after that is cut to the same sheet. From 4 pcs, worldwide.
