Custom Forged Wheels, Built to Your Numbers
Custom forged wheels are machined from forged 6061-T6 blanks to one specific car and one specific spec — yours. Send size, PCD, ET and CB; we send back pricing and a drawing; nothing is cut until you approve it. Then the same numbers you approved on paper get machined at our group's plant, inspected twice, engraved into the metal, and shipped worldwide. Diameter 15–26", width 5–16", MOQ 4 pcs — one set.
- Designed & inspected in-house
- 60+ CNC at our group's plant
- ISO & IATF 16949 certified plant
- MOQ from 4 pcs

Hi, I'm Jackie from FLEXIFORGED
I'm a co-founder of FLEXIFORGED, started in 2017, and I've been in auto parts since 2014. When you send an inquiry, it lands with me and my team — not a chatbot, not a sales queue — and the person who quotes your first set is still here when it ships, and when your tenth order ships.
This page is the whole process, honestly told: what you can spec, what it costs more or less to build, the seven steps between deposit and dispatch, and how to verify our quality without taking my word for anything.
Who orders custom forged wheels from us?
Tuning shops & dealers
One-off staggered sets for client builds, quoted fast, delivered when promised. MOQ 4 pcs means no stock risk — every order is presold before you place it.
Wheel brand builders
Your logo engraved, your caps, your box — under NDA, with a supplier that never appears in front of your customer. A brand can start at the cost of one set.
OEM / private-label buyers
You have drawings and an inspection plan already. We answer with the drawing-approval process, IATF 16949 certificate copies, serial traceability and TÜV per order.
These match the "I am a…" options on the quote form — pick yours and the answer comes back speaking your language.
What can you customize?
Everything that defines the wheel — because every wheel is machined from a fresh blank against your drawing, not pulled from a warehouse shelf:
Construction & size
Monoblock, 2-piece or 3-piece · 15–26" diameter · 5–16" width · deep concave or deep dish · lip depth to spec. Mixed sizes in one order accepted.
Fitment
Offset engineered to your vehicle, centre bore machined to your hub — no spigot rings — any PCD. Load rating engineered per car, on the drawing and engraved. Measuring help: fitment guide.
Finish & branding
Powder coat, brushed, polished (ships bare — no clear coat), PVD chrome, custom two-tone, carbon fibre lip overlay · engraved logos, custom caps, 3D milled logos · full layer-type breakdown on finishes.

How does a custom order actually run?
Seven steps from contract to dispatch. The one that matters most is the cheapest: step 2, where the order exists only on paper. Every change is free there. Everywhere after, it costs metal and weeks.
-

Contract & deposit
The deposit locks your production slot and materials are planned — but nothing is cut yet. The drawing approval in step 2, not the payment, is what starts the machines.
-

Drawing & design — your approval gate
2D and 3D CAD with your size, PCD, ET, CB, finish, branding and load rating. You approve it — or change it, free — before anything is made. A mis-typed offset caught here costs an email; caught after machining, it costs a month.
-

Forged blank sourcing & incoming inspection
6061-T6 blanks — grain structure compressed under press pressure at a specialist forging house — arrive and pass our first inspection gate: every blank is checked before it is cut. We buy blanks rather than pressing them, as almost every wheel brand does, and we say so — the full supply-chain map is on the About page.
-

CNC machining at our group's plant
3–5 axis CNC turns the blank into your design — roughly 0.02" per cut, spindle centred to about 0.001", more than 70% of the material removed. For 2-piece and 3-piece builds, spun lips and barrels come from specialist plants and pass the same double inspection.
-

Surface finishing
Powder coat at standard lead; brushed, polished or two-tone +5 working days; PVD chrome +15 (a round trip to the partner plating plant). Polished ships bare — no clear coat — and we tell you so before you order it, not after it hazes.
-

Second inspection & engraving
Every part inspected twice — by whoever made it, then by us: 100% runout under 0.01", key dimensions ±0.05 mm, dynamic balance checked, then the serial number, size, ET, CB and max load are engraved into the barrel. TÜV per order on request. The whole system: quality control.
-

Packing & dispatch
Wrapped, boxed, palletized, documented — commercial invoice and packing list under HS code 8708.70 — and shipped worldwide on EXW, FOB or CIF. Samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 after drawing approval.
What decides the price of a custom forged wheel?
We would rather teach you the cost drivers than hide them behind "contact us". Six things move the number — know them, and you can spec to your budget instead of guessing:
Size & design complexity
Bigger diameters, wider barrels and intricate spoke or lip work mean more billet and more machine hours. A 22×12" deep dish costs more than a 19×8.5" concave — the metal and the minutes are simply different.
Material
6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium is standard. Magnesium AZ80 costs more — the alloy is harder to source and to work.
Finish
Powder coat is the economical baseline. Brushed, polished and two-tone add labour (+5 working days); PVD chrome adds a partner-plant round trip (+15). Layer-by-layer logic on finishes.
Custom components
Centre caps with engraved logos, magnetic or floating caps, a carbon fibre lip overlay — tiered by quantity and type. Small pieces, real line items.
Shipping method
Air is fast and expensive; sea wins on cost for volume. Your destination port decides more of the landed cost than most buyers expect — which is why the quote form asks for it.
Duties & local compliance
Customs duty and VAT differ by country and are charged on your side. We ship under HS code 8708.70 with clean documentation; confirm local rates before ordering and there are no surprises.
Want the real number instead of a range? Send size, PCD, ET, CB, quantity, finish and destination port — pricing and a drawing come back together, and the drawing costs nothing to change.
How do you order custom wheels without getting burned?
Custom means made-for-you — which means you cannot return it to a shelf. Everything below exists to take that risk off your side of the table:
Drawing approval
Nothing is cut until you sign off the size, ET, CB and load rating on paper. The single biggest cause of custom-wheel disasters — the spec misunderstanding — dies in step 2, for free.
4 pcs to test us
One set, 10–15 working days, full production QC. Verify the quality at the cost of a set, then talk containers.
A record, not a promise
Every part inspected twice; every wheel 100% runout tested and serial-engraved; photos or video of your wheels on request; TÜV per order. Details: quality control.
NDA for brand builders
Your designs and your client list are your business. We sign, we engrave your name — not ours — and we stay invisible to your market.
What clients say
"The items I received are as expected, very good quality and no issues at all. My contact Jackie helped and supported with the order, gave me good advice and recommendations. Quick production and shipment, I can only recommend."
"You and your service is just beyond our daily service here in Europe — thanks for your time following up and all that."
Two of many — the full wall of real review screenshots is on the customer testimonials page.
Custom forged wheels FAQ
How long does production actually take?
Samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 working days after drawing approval. Brushed, polished and two-tone add about 5 working days; PVD chrome adds about 15; peak season can add 5 more. The date is confirmed on the drawing you approve — not guessed in a chat.
What can I customize?
Diameter 15–26", width 5–16", offset engineered to the vehicle, centre bore machined to your hub (no spigot rings), spoke design, lip depth, finish, engraved branding, custom caps and 3D milled logos. Mixed sizes, widths and offsets in one order are accepted.
What's the minimum order quantity?
4 pcs — one set — mixed sizes included. Single lips or barrels for 3-piece repairs are accepted too, with the honest caveat that freight and duties on one part often cost more than the part — details here.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes — that's exactly what the 4 pcs MOQ is for. A sample set runs 10–15 working days, passes the same two inspections and 100% runout testing as production, and arrives with serial numbers and its QC record.
Do you guarantee fitment?
We don't guess fitment from a database and call it a guarantee. Every order gets a drawing, and production starts only after you approve it — fitment is agreed on paper before metal is cut. The fitment guide shows how to measure PCD, ET and CB in about 30 minutes.
What certifications apply?
The plant that machines our wheels is certified to ISO and IATF 16949 — held by the plant, not by FlexiTech International LLC, with copies sent on request. TÜV per order on request. Plus 100% runout testing, ±0.05 mm dimensions and serial traceability on every wheel — the system is on quality control.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide — Europe, Australia, the Middle East, North America and beyond — on EXW, FOB or CIF under HS code 8708.70, with commercial invoice and packing list. The quote states the Incoterm, so what's included is on paper, not assumed.
Can you produce private label or OEM wheels?
Yes — your logo engraved, custom caps, 3D milled logos, under NDA, and our name never appears in front of your customer. With a 4 pcs MOQ, a private label program starts at the cost of one set.
Can I visit the factory or request a video inspection?
Yes — visits are welcome by advance appointment. The plant sits outside the city centre, so the trip needs arranging ahead: tell us your dates and we plan the itinerary with you. If flying in is too much for a first order, a live video inspection is the lighter alternative — and either way, the 4 pcs sample set plus the QC record lets you verify the quality before you ever book a flight.

Your numbers. On paper first, then in metal.
Send size, PCD, ET, CB, quantity, finish and destination port. Pricing and a drawing come back; nothing is cut until you approve it; and the wheels arrive engraved with the very numbers you signed off — inspected twice, from 4 pcs, worldwide.
