Customer Testimonials: Real Screenshots, Real Orders

Every review on this page is a real screenshot from a real customer conversation — WhatsApp threads and emails from tuning shops, dealers, race teams, car manufacturers and private builders across 16 countries. We don't write our own reviews, we don't run a star widget, and we left the rough edges in: the typos, the mixed languages, the one review that says things it would change, and the conversation where the mistake was ours. That last one might be the most useful thing on this site.

Let's start with the review that mentions our price

Most suppliers would bury this one. We're leading with it, because it says the two things every buyer needs to know at once — and a customer said them, not us:

WhatsApp screenshot — Indian dealer saying wheels cost more than other factories but quality is good
India · dealer — "Price a little expensive than other factories, but the products are good." And our reply, verbatim: "If price is the only concern, we're definitely not the cheapest." We publish this one on purpose.

Do they come back?

Anyone can collect one round of praise. The number that matters in B2B is the second order — nobody reorders from a supplier who let them down. This section is nothing but second orders, third orders, and customers sending their friends.

What happens when the box opens?

Delivery day is where promises get audited. Unboxings, first fits, and the messages that came in minutes after — including the imperfect ones, because those are the ones you can trust.

What happens between payment and delivery?

The weeks between deposit and doorstep are where most suppliers go quiet. We send drawings, machining photos and videos instead — unprompted. It is how the custom process runs by default, down to private-label logos approved on the 3D drawing.

Where are my wheels right now?

You should never have to ask. Packing photos before boxes close, tracking numbers the moment agents issue them, customs status while it happens — for the wheels and for the caps.

And when something goes wrong?

Every supplier looks identical while everything goes right. These three conversations are why this page exists — a mistake we put in writing, a courier loss we reported before the customer noticed, and a hard question answered straight. This is what “one name on the invoice” means when it is tested.

WhatsApp screenshot — FLEXIFORGED admitting a PCD spec oversight and remaking the set at full cost
Canada · private build — the screenshot nobody else publishes. Our words, verbatim: "We acknowledge there was a lack of strictness in our technical checks… We take responsibility for this mistake." The fix: keep the first set as a gift, and a new set at our full production cost. His reply: "He said sure — let's go with that option."
Customer email — Swedish rally customer asking about paint chipped during tire mounting and getting an honest answer
Same order — other half →Sweden · rally program — "They look really good and I like them. We only have one small problem…" — paint nicked during tire mounting. The answer, straight: powder coat, not wet paint, and how to touch it up. Same customer whose machining update appears in the Process section.
WhatsApp screenshot — FLEXIFORGED proactively reporting lost caps and arranging a remake the same morning
Same order — other half →Italy · dealer — the agent lost his caps, and he heard it from us before he noticed: "I am very sorry that the agent told me your caps were lost… I arranged the production this morning." His reply: "Non preoccuparti, so che non è colpa vostra." (Don't worry — I know it's not your fault.) Next day, the wheels: "Sono perfetti e rifiniti alla perfezione ❤"

Questions about this page

Why screenshots instead of star ratings?

Because star widgets can be bought, filtered and faked, and a chat screenshot cannot — not convincingly. Every image on this page is a real screenshot from a real customer conversation or email, published with the rough edges left in: typos, emoji, mixed languages, and at least one review that says things we would change. FLEXIFORGED publishes no aggregate score and no review widget anywhere on this site.

Are these testimonials real, and how is privacy handled?

Yes — each screenshot comes from an actual order conversation on WhatsApp or email. Surnames, faces, phone numbers, license plates and other identifying details are redacted before publishing, and screenshots are published with permission. The texture that remains — dates, languages, product photos, tracking labels — is left untouched.

Why publish your own mistake?

Because the honest answer to “what happens if something goes wrong” is worth more than a hundred perfect reviews. In the case published above, FLEXIFORGED missed a PCD change, said so in writing, let the customer keep the first set, and produced the correct set at our own cost. Buyers deserve to see how a supplier behaves when it is their fault — before placing an order, not after.

Can I verify quality on my own order the same way?

Yes. The same transparency shown here is the default process: an engineering drawing approved before production, machining photos and video on request, a serial number on every wheel tied to its QC record, and TÜV inspection available per order. Start with a specification through the contact page and the first thing you receive is a drawing, not an invoice.

The next screenshot could be yours.

Send your specification — vehicle, sizes, PCD, ET, CB, finish, quantity — and the first thing you receive is a price and an engineering drawing. Nothing is cut until you approve it. From 4 pcs, worldwide.
