Brushed and polished on one wheel means two treatments meeting on bare metal with no paint edge between them. The grain is cut straight into the aluminium and sealed under clear, so the metal itself has to be sound — porosity that a coat of paint would bury reads as a dark speck the moment the brush passes over it, and clear coat does not cover it up. The grain also has to hold one direction across the face and down into the barrel; where it breaks, the light catches it as a seam.

That is the part of this build worth talking about. The specification itself is straightforward: 20×10.0, 5×127, ET45, 71.5 mm bore, Brushed and Polished Silver.
Forging gives a denser grain structure than a cast wheel of the same weight, which is why the spoke sections can be cut this thin without losing load capacity. This one is rated to 850 kg.
Every set ships with a serial engraved with size, offset, centre bore and load rating, tied to its QC record.
