The two-tone face is cut, not masked. The wheel is painted gloss black first and the spoke crowns are then faced off on the lathe to expose bare aluminium, so every boundary between black and metal is a tool edge rather than a tape line — any runout in the setup reads immediately as a band that changes width as it travels around the face. The design went through three drawing revisions before it was released to production.

That is the part of this build worth talking about. The specification itself is straightforward: 22×9.5, 6×139.7, ET25, 78.1 mm bore, Gloss Black with Machined Face.
Forging gives a denser grain structure than a cast wheel of the same weight, which is why the spoke sections can be cut this thin without losing load capacity. This one is rated to 1000 kg.
Every set ships with a serial engraved with size, offset, centre bore and load rating, tied to its QC record.
