This one failed its first runout check. At 24 inches it is the largest wheel in this batch, and diameter is exactly what makes runout hard to hold — the same small angular error at the mounting face gets amplified the further out you measure, so a figure that sits comfortably inside tolerance on an 18 goes marginal here. The face went back on the lathe and was recut before it would hold under 0.01 inch. Being two-piece adds a bolted joint that has to run true as well: the barrel and the face are machined and finished on separate lines and only meet at final assembly.

That is the part of this build worth talking about. The specification itself is straightforward: 24×10.0, 5×112, ET25, 66.5 mm bore, Gloss Grey Face with Gloss Black Rim.
Forging gives a denser grain structure than a cast wheel of the same weight, which is why the spoke sections can be cut this thin without losing load capacity. This one is rated to 850 kg.
Every set ships with a serial engraved with size, offset, centre bore and load rating, tied to its QC record.
