The face is machined from a single forged blank of 6061-T6, which keeps grain flow continuous from the centre bore out to the lip.
The weight on this one is the rating, not an oversight. At 20×8 it is the narrowest wheel in this batch, yet it is rated to 1000 kg per corner — the same figure as the 22×9.5s. With only eight inches of barrel to spread that load across, the material has to sit in the spoke roots and the hub pad instead, which is why it comes out at 13.8 kg, heavier than a 21×9.5 we have built that is rated 150 kg lower.
Centre bore is finished at 95.1 mm and machined to the hub — no spigot rings. Rated to 1000 kg per corner, with key dimensions held to ±0.05 mm and runout under 0.01".
Built to order for the Toyota Land Cruiser用. Caliper clearance is confirmed on the drawing before anything is cut.
