The face is machined from a single forged blank of 6061-T6, which keeps grain flow continuous from the centre bore out to the lip.
ET41 on a nine-inch rim leaves about 73 mm between the mounting face and the outer flange, and that is the entire depth the face has to work in — roughly 16 mm less than the 21×9.5 in this batch at ET31. The dish here is shallow because the offset makes it shallow, not as a styling choice, so the spoke profile has to carry the visual depth a concave face would otherwise give it. It still comes out at 15.0 kg, the heaviest 21-inch in the batch: a machined face is a solid surface, and solid faces carry more material than open ones.
Centre bore is finished at 57.1 mm and machined to the hub — no spigot rings. Rated to 850 kg per corner, with key dimensions held to ±0.05 mm and runout under 0.01".
Built to order for the Bentley Continental GT / Flying Spur. Caliper clearance is confirmed on the drawing before anything is cut.
