The face is machined from a single forged blank of 6061-T6, which keeps grain flow continuous from the centre bore out to the lip.
At 21×9.5 this one comes out at 12.9 kg — 2.1 kg lighter than a 21×9 monoblock we have built to the same 850 kg per corner rating, despite carrying half an inch more barrel. Extra width can only add material, so the difference has to come out of the face: the same load travels through the spoke roots and the hub pad with less metal wrapped around it. That is not something the spec table shows; it only shows up on the scale.
Centre bore is finished at 66.5 mm and machined to the hub — no spigot rings. Rated to 850 kg per corner, with key dimensions held to ±0.05 mm and runout under 0.01".
Built to order for the Audi Q7 55 TFSI. Caliper clearance is confirmed on the drawing before anything is cut.
