Forged motorcycle wheels are built for the vehicle that feels everything — runout a car chassis would swallow arrives at a bike's bars directly, and every gram of rim is rotating mass the rider senses. So we build them the only way that makes sense: per model, front and rear as a pair, disc and drive interfaces drawn to your hub, machined from forged 6061-T6, 100% runout tested and dynamic-balance checked. One bike, two very different wheels
A motorcycle set is not a car set cut down — it is two distinct engineering problems solved as a pair. The front is narrow and lives for steering precision, with the brake disc mounting machined to your model. The rear is wide and lives for drive loads, with the sprocket, belt or cush drive interface machined to your model. One drawing carries both:
On sizes, the honest version: motorcycle fitments differ enough from car wheels that we don't print a size range here — a car-range envelope would mislead, and a made-up moto range would be worse. Sizes are quoted per model: send the bike and target tire sizes, and the drawing states the exact diameters, widths and hub dimensions before you commit to anything.
Why runout and balance matter most on two wheels
Nothing hides it
A car has a chassis, bushings and a second axle to mask a marginal wheel. A bike has a fork and your hands. That is why 100% runout testing under 0.01" — every wheel, not a batch sample — is the baseline here, not a premium option.
Balance, checked and recorded
Dynamic balance is checked as part of inspection, and photos or video of your wheels on the equipment are available on request. The whole system — two inspections, serial traceability — is on quality control.
Rotating mass is the ride
On a machine this light, wheel mass shapes how it turns, brakes and holds a line — which is the whole argument for machining from a forged 6061-T6 blank: the strength target at less metal. The full custom process is on custom forged wheels.
Unusual hubs — single-sided swingarms, cush drives, odd disc patterns — are exactly what the per-model drawing exists for: send photos and measurements, the interface is drawn and dimensioned, and you confirm it on paper. A misread hub caught on the drawing costs an email; caught after machining, it costs a wheel.
Finishes and branding for bike builds
The full palette applies: powder coat at standard lead time, brushed, polished (ships bare — no clear coat, owner maintains the mirror), custom two-tone, PVD chrome (+15 working days via the partner plating plant) — layer-by-layer logic on finishes. Engraving carries the serial, specification and, for shops and builders, your logo; workshops ordering batches should read the ordering basics on the FAQ first.

Can you make forged wheels for my motorcycle model?
Motorcycle wheels here are engineered per model, not picked from a chart: send the bike, hub details and measurements, and back comes pricing plus a drawing — sizes, disc mounting, drive-side interface, load rating. Nothing is cut until you approve it, which is exactly the process unusual fitments need.
Why does runout matter more on a motorcycle?
Because nothing stands between the wheel and your hands. Runout a car chassis would absorb arrives at the bars directly — so every wheel is 100% runout tested under 0.01" with dynamic balance checked before shipping, and photos or video of the inspection are available on request.
Are the front and rear wheels different?

What's the minimum order and lead time?
MOQ 4 pcs — two complete bikes' worth, or a workshop's batch, mixed fitments accepted. Samples 10–15 working days; production 20–30 after drawing approval; +5 for brushed, polished or two-tone; +15 for PVD chrome. Serial-engraved with QC record, worldwide.
